Test and Simulation Study on the Static Load and Pure Longitudinal Slip Characteristics of Non-Pneumatic Tire

Compared with pneumatic tires, non-pneumatic tires have incomparable performance, in terms of load bearing and safety. In this paper, the static characteristics pure longitudinal slip tire are studied by combining experiments simulations. The test results show that radial stiffness original structure is nonlinear, sliding seriously inconsistent, brakes very sensitive, driving slightly soft. A series designs been carried out from aspects load-bearing mode anti-symmetry structure, numerical simulations out. secant optimized II increased 58.8%, tangent 2.96 times, under premise ensuring mass reduction. Additionally, R square 0.9932, linearity curve greatly improved. braking conditions more antisymmetric, which improves sensitivity, but performance not as good structure. addition, paper establishes evaluation index carrying mode, lays foundation for further exploration mechanism.
